Rules Update <Tenative>
Focus is now split into Baggage and Loadout.
They must total to 8 and only one may be improved per level.
When you have too much Baggage, Soaring and Shooting are penalized by 1 each.
When you have too much Loadout, Soaring and Singing are penalized by 1 each.
