While updating the layout and deciding to start from scratch, the first originally planned concept came back into focus. This is currently now slated to be closer to 72 pages than the 24-32 pages. As a consequence at some point I will be raising the pdf's price about the time I finish it, basing it on half whatever I end up charging for the eventual print-run.
