A system that grew from an offhanded tweet made on an account I delete and several shitposts this year.

The full text is in the description and follows below, ie if you pay me $50 you are getting a plane .txt file with the below text:

A Seventh Edition

or Fuck it sure you kill the barkeep

You need
A Twenty Sided Die numbered 1-20, or some other means of generating the set of numbers 1 through 20 with an equal probability of occurance, or like dont, I don't care. Go ahead and use 3d6 or whatever makes you happy.

Optional
The saving throw matrices from some TSR era edition of (A)D&D or a resonable facsimile thereof for starting values.

If you are not using a pre written matrix of save values you can start with 5[15], 5 if you want to do roll under or 15 if you are doing traditional roll over, or roll 3d6 for the starting value.

The sequence of play is:
Yall do shit.
When someone does something that the GM feels needs a roll calls for a "Save vs THING."
If the PC has a relevant save value they roll vs that. If not use or create a new save value.

Examples are:
Save vs Tavern if a PC murders the barkeep or a patron.
Save vs Gobbo with a machine gun if a PC decides to charge at a goblin with a machine.
Save vs Dragon if the PCs decide that fighting a dragon head on is smart.
Save vs Ammo to see if the PC still has ammo.

The only stats are the save values that will accumulate. If you really feel a need for advancement, every time a saving throw is successful, put a check next it. Every four checks improve the value by one. Y'all, that's a bad rule and no one has said shit.
